1. Emotion

2.Thinking

  • Observation: Patient expresses confusion, poor concentration, excessive worry, or fixed ideas.
  • Rubrics:

    – Mind – Concentration difficult

3.Behaviour

  • Observation: Patient’s actions, habits, and responses in daily life.
  • Rubrics:
    – Mind – Restlessness
    – Mind – Violence, tendency to
    – Mind – Indifference to family
    – Mind – Weeping, involuntary
  • Example Case: A child constantly moving around, unable to sit still → rubric: Mind – Restlessness.
