- Involves optimism, commitment and passion beyond external rewards.

4. Empathy
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of others.
- Enables compassion, perspective-taking and sensitivity to social cues.
- Example: Sensing a colleague’s frustration and offering support.
5. Social Skills
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships.
- Includes communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and leadership.
