1. Emotion

  • Examples: Feeling joy when receiving good news, anxiety before an exam, or anger during an argument.
  • Role: Provides motivation and energy for action.

2. Thought

  • Definition: Cognitive processes that involve reasoning, reflection, and imagination.
  • Nature: Abstract, symbolic, and language-based.
  • Examples: Planning tomorrow’s schedule, solving a puzzle, or reflecting on past experiences.
  • Role: Shapes understanding, problem-solving, and conscious decision-making.

3. Behaviour

  • Definition: Observable actions or responses to internal or external stimuli.
  • Nature: Physical manifestation of mental states.
  • Examples: Smiling at a friend, speaking in a meeting, or walking away from danger.
  • Role: The outward expression of both emotions and thoughts, making inner states visible to others.

In short:
