Differentiate with each other -
1. Emotions

- Intensity: High, immediate
- Trigger: Specific stimulus (internal/external)
- Awareness: Can occur unconsciously
- Examples: Anger, fear, joy
2. Moods
- Nature: General emotional tone
- Duration: Long-lasting (hours–days)
- Intensity: Low–moderate, diffuse
- Trigger: Often no clear trigger
- Awareness: Semi-conscious, background state
- Examples: Cheerful, irritable, gloomy
3. Feelings
- Nature: Conscious interpretation of emotions
- Duration: Moderate (minutes–hours)
- Intensity: Moderate, shaped by thought
- Trigger: Personal meaning attached to emotion
- Awareness: Requires conscious awareness
